This week’s Dancing With the Stars is ‘Classical Week.’ The dancers will be performing the Viennese Waltz, the Argentine Tango, the Paso Doble and the Rumba.
Donald Driver danced the Viennese Waltz with dance partner, Peta Mergatroyd.
Judges Comments: Bruno said thank you – I loved it. Carrie Ann said she didn’t see a lift. She loves his intensity when he dances and the regalness. Len said he thought it was terrific and the foot work was great. Well done.
Roshon Fegan performed the Argentine Tango with professional dance partner, Chelsie Hightower.
Judges Comments: Len thought it was clean and confident. Bruno said there were slick lines but he had to work on his lines. Carrie Ann said welcome back to the competition and he was steady on his feet.
William Levy danced the Viennese Waltz with his professional dance partner, Cheryl Burke.
Judges Comments: Carrie Ann said that was true content, true dancing. You find the story in the music and you bring the romance to life. Len said I wasn’t transported to Vienna but it was close. Week after week you are up and down and tonight you were up. Bruno said you have captured the purity of the song. You put your heart and soul into this. You felt it and you lived it.
Melissa Gilbert danced the Argentine Tango with professional dance partner, Maks.
Judges Comments: Bruno said at times it looked like you were riding the cyclone at Coney Island. It was a bit messy. Carrie Ann thought there were too many lifts – but they went terribly wrong. Melissa and Maks are not happy with the judges comments. Although Len felt they did pull the lifts off but it lacked dance quality.
