Video: 'Dancing With The Stars All-Stars' Week 2 Recap

Last week we saw the season premiere of Season 15 of Dancing With The Stars, All-Star edition and also the elimination of Pam Anderson which means no more of our Irish hottie, Tristan McManus. Tonight (October 1, 2012) we see the remaining 12 couples perform either the Jive or the Quickstep.

This season is so different because the pressure is on with major dance expectations from these celebrities. These really are some pretty excellent dancers so who goes home tomorrow night is anyone's guess. What do you think of the new scoring with the 1/2 point?

Season 14 sweetheart Katherine Jenkins will perform on Tuesday October 2, 2012 with Spanish tenor, Placido Domingo. British teen sensation Cher Lloyd will also be performing.

Keep refreshing because we're recapping this baby live tonight. Will you be watching?

Melissa Rycroft and Tony Dovolani – Jive – This is the dance that they didn't perform last season because she injured her ribs. They were scored on their rehearsal so you can imagine this time they are going to hit it big with this. Did they deliver? Personally I'm not a fan of this dance, but their dance seemed a bit manic, but my judgment is clouded. Len is happy with it, and you know how difficult it is for him to be happy with a dance. Despite fighting with Len, Bruno is happy as is Carrie Ann.

Scores:  8/8/7.5 – 23.5/30

Bristol Palin and Mark Ballas – Quickstep – Bristol is a self-proclaimed redneck and took Mark to the shooting range during the week which gets her redneck heart pumping and now the competition is ON. Allegedly. She's way better than last year but this is the All-Stars and she's got her work cut out for her, but something tells me she'll stick around like she did last time. She missed a few steps and was inconsistent.

Scores: 6/6/6 = 18/30

Helio Castroneves and Chelsie Hightower – Jive – Poor Chelsie she screamed a lot on the racetrack when Helio took her. It was funny. Love the start of their dance. His energy and technique are very impressive. The judges think his technique wasn't perfect all the way through though.

Scores:  8/7.5/7.5 = 23/30

Apolo Anton Ohno and Karina Smirnoff – Quickstep – Wow I love Karina's dress. So gorgeous. I hope his head has recovered from the kick in the head during rehearsals. Their feet seemed totally synced up. So far, to me, the best show of the night. But there are still lots more to perform.

Scores:  8.5/8/8 = 24.5/30

Sabrina Bryan and Louis Van Amstel – Quickstep – Brutal rehearsals for her with the arm injury, but she's a trooper. Her hold is perfection in this dance. I knew she'd keep that part of the dance in that she was originally injured in. Carrie Ann LOVED her dance, and rightfully so. Isn't it great that Sabrina is back?

Scores: 9/8.5/8.5 = 26/30

Kirstie Alley and Maksim Chmerkovskiy – Jive – Wow. She's 61! It's always a pleasure watching Kirstie. She's completely entertaining. She has the steps nailed, but I don't think she's doing it to the same energy level as Maks, but she's amazing nonetheless.

Scores: 7/7/7 = 21/30

Emmitt Smith and Cheryl Burke – Quickstep – They got the best scores of the night last week so they need to bring their A-game. Wow! He's amazing. He's able to keep up with Cheryl without any problems. However, Carrie Ann is right. He shouldn't be so smug to think it's nothing to compete with a speed skater and a race car driver. But he did good damage control.

Scores: 7.5/7.5/7.5 = 22.5/30

Drew Lachey and Anna Trebunskaya – Jive – Lots of slapping happening in the rehearsal week so mommy is loving it. But who KNEW that Drew has pole-dancing skills? He's much better than last week but seriously I can't stop looking at Anna's body. Who knew she had such a hot torso and body? Their jive is edgy but good. I'm curious to know if Len likes it.

Scores: 7.5/7.5/7.5 = 22.5/30

Joey Fatone and Kym Johnson – Quickstep – Kym and Drew are perfect together and he kept right up with her on the dance floor. LOVED the ending.

Scores:  7.5/7.5/7.5 = 22.5/30

Shawn Johnson and Derek Hough - Jive – They were working really hard in rehearsals. Of course because it's a Derek Hough production it has some of the best choreography, although the cartwheel down the stairs is Shawn's doing. It was spectacular and so energy-filled.

Scores: 8.5/8/8.5 = 25/30

Kelly Monaco and Val Chmerkovskiy – Quickstep – LMAO omg seeing him in a bra was hysterical. Kelly looks like a princess in her pink dress tonight. It's so cute that these two have so much chemistry. They make an adorable couple. I saw a little bit of a mess up in her steps, but overall it was an amazing dance.

Scores:  7.5/7/7.5 = 22/30

Gilles Marini and Peta Murgatroyd – Jive – Poor Gilles with his injury. Peta's hair reminds me of Miley Cyrus so she kind of ruined it for me a bit, but thankfully Mr. France made it worthwhile. He's such a consummate professional! Imagine how he would dance without an injury?

Scores: 8.5/8.5/8.5 = 25.5

Who do you think is going home tomorrow night? Isn't it awful to think one of them has to leave?
