Perry Moore died of a overdose
Perry Moore, the executive producer of the “Chronicles of Narnia,” died Thursday after suffering a drug overdose.
Hunter Hill, Perry Moore’s partner, discovered Moore unconscious in his bathroom Thursday morning at approximately 9:30 a.m.
Moore’s father, Bill Moore said he talked to his son the night before his death. “We’re in shock. He was in a great, great mood. No one was expecting this. We’re so sad. He’s been able to reach out and touch a lot of people. He was set to do some mighty good things. Parents are not meant to bury their children.”
Sources say the drug involved in the overdose was Oxycontin.
Perry Moore, a huge comic book enthusiast, also authored “Hero,” a novel about a gay superhero. He was 39.
