No Jail for Lindsay Lohan, Party Continues

Well, would you Adam ‘n’ Eve it, Lindsay Lohan‘s had another lucky break – she’s escaped jail time again!

Judge Stephanie Sautner ruled at a Los Angeles Superior Court hearing today that the starlet did not violate her probation stemming from her 2007 DUI case.

The reason? The prior judge – Elden Fox – did not stipulate that testing Lohan for drugs and alcohol was part of her probation!

Fox had only required controlled substances testing from January 3 – February 25, 2011.

Lohan was in court today because she failed an alcohol test last week.

But the judge did say Lohan was guilty of “extremely poor judgement by having roof parties while on home confinement” but added, “poor judgment is not a violation of your probation.”

Lohan had a rooftop party last week.

The judge also ruled that Lohan is only permitted one friend to visit her Venice, California home at a time. And no more parties.

“You are not allowed to have parties,” Sautner said. “House arrest is akin to being in jail. You can have one friend over and that is it.”

“Do you want to go on with your life?” the judge asked Lohan.

“Yes, I do,” Lohan responded.

That remains to be seen.

Lohan’s lawyer told reporters outside court: “I feel like you guys are disappointed … [Lohan's] done nothing wrong. She’s done everything right. So let’s give her credit for that.”

What do you make of Lohan’s latest shenanigans?
