Lil' Kim Sued for $15 Million by Former Management IRS

Lil' Kim filed a lawsuit against her management firm, and is now facing a countersuit for $15 million.

At the end of 2011, Lil' Kim put together a new entourage called International Rockstars (IRS). They appeared in her video for "Black Friday" and she had created shirts and hats that said IRS on them.

But now, she has cut off contact with the firm, sent out a cease and desist letter and filed a lawsuit disputing the terms of their agreement.

But IRS is not taking the suit lightly. They filed a countersuit, with Andrew Ro, owner of IRS, saying Kim "was a menace to work with." He said she derailed several projects that the company set up for her.

The deals that fell through were a perfume line, clothing line, vodka drink, energy drink, Steve Madden shoe line and a honey maker.

Ro said Kim would never take part in project meetings unless she was paid for it.

Even when they managed to complete work, Ro said she declined to promote it.
