Kyle Massey Locked Out of Bristol Palin Reality Show, Files Lawsuit

Publish date:

Kyle Massey met Bristol Palin back on Season 11 of Dancing With The Stars and formed a 'friendship' that was anything but.  We reported back in May, 2011 that the unlikely pair (and his brother Chris) were doing a reality show together.  Well apparently the show was Kyle's idea, but Bristol and producer David McKenzie have screwed the brothers out and renamed the show "Bristol Palin: Life's a Tripp" according to TMZ.

And while Bristol is not mentioned as a defendant in the lawsuit, the brothers are suing:

The Masseys are demanding a ton of money — claiming they were guaranteed $500k to star in the show … PLUS they want even more cash for coming up with the idea.  The brothers also want a judge to shut down "Life's a Tripp" as soon possible.

She might not be listed on the lawsuit, but she would have had the option to decline the 'project' from the producer. It's interesting she's not named., isn't it? Some people will screw over anyone (claiming they are really friends and it's just 'business') to get ahead. It speaks volumes about their character (or more appropriately lack thereof). The saddest part is she has a kid and is setting a rotten example. I guess the apples don't fall far from the tree, huh? People like that really make me sick. I have zero respect for them (I actually think them evil). Rant over!

It's a tough lesson for Kyle and his brother (one I doubt they will ever repeat) that people can be so rotten, but he'll be the better person for it and he should be proud he doesn't navigate like that in life!
