Ex-Husband Defends Britney Spears in Sexual Harassment Case

Britney Spears’ ex-husband Kevin Federline is coming to her defense after the singer is being sued for sexual harassment by her former bodyguard.

Britney Spears is being sued by her former bodyguard, Fernando Flores, for sexual harassment, emotional distress, and even claiming Spears abuses her children. But Britney’s ex-hubby and father of her two sons, Kevin Federline, is defending her.

Flores has claimed that Spears repeatedly “exposed herself” to him, paraded around her home in the nude, engaged in “sex acts” in front of him and “savagely hit” her son Sean Preston with Flores’ belt. The former bodyguard also states that Britney made “unwanted sexual advances” toward him. He is seeking unspecified damages.

But Britney’s ex-husband, Kevin Federline, doesn’t buy the bodyguard’s story. Federline’s attorney told the Associated Press that Flores’ “allegations are a product of economic motives…They are as baseless as they seem.”

Federline’s attorney added that he would have become involved earlier if he thought Britney Spears was doing any of the things Flores claims.

“I think that the timing of this and the nature of the allegations speak for themselves,” Kaplan stated.

Britney and Kevin divorced in 2007 after two years of marriage. Federline has primary custody of Sean, 4, and Jayden, 3, but Spears has visitation rights.

We think that is pretty cool of Kevin to come to Britney’s defense.
