Kate Middleton may be the future Queen of England, but she's not even the most popular woman in her own family. That would be her younger sister Pippa, who has captivated the world since stealing the spotlight at the royal wedding two weeks ago. Apparently this is nothing new between the sisters.
"Page 6" of the New York Post quotes a report from US Weekly which said there has always been a "healthy competition" between the two.
While family friends insist they are "best friends," they still do act like quarreling sisters sometimes, fighting over "weird things."
"You'd see them fight over who had the worst headache or period pain!" one friend told the magazine.
"There is a healthy competition between the two," royal watcher Katie Nicholl said. "Certainly when it comes to looks, like who is the slimmest or better looking, there is a little friendly rivalry."
Everyone agrees the 27-year-old Pippa is much more outgoing than Kate, who is two years older.
"It's a bit like Harry and William. Harry can afford to be a little more carefree," Nicholl said. "Pippa can as well."
