Jennifer Aniston is, in my opinion, one of Hollywood’s hottest stars. She never seems to age, her body is always in amazing shape, her hair and makeup are do die for. What’s not to be totally jealous about?!
Jen’s nutritionist, Carrie Wiatt is also the founder of meal-delivery service Diet Designs and she has spilled the beans to Life & Style. We finally get to hear how Jen looks the way she does… at least what really helps!

So portion controlled, healthy meals delivered to you. That’s key…. now if only all of us could have that!
“I eat really well and work out, but I also indulge when I want to,” Jen has said. “I don’t starve myself in an extremist way.”
Jen won’t give up dairy products or wine… okay… so there is hope for me yet!

Um yeah. That is a huge understatement. But all of this is definitely food for thought… pun intended! I am going to have to re-evaluate my diet….
