Blom, who was in the midst of a $260k upswing, took on Palmer at numerous tables of $25/$50 PLO.

In just 400 hands Blom was stacked again and again by Palmer who eventually finished the night with $175k in profit.

Blom managed to record a few minor victories against other opponents and finished down $168k.

Palmer is becoming a serious thorn in Isildur1’s side. Nearly every time the Swede puts together a decent string of wins it's usually Palmer who cools him down.

It was a relatively slow night for high stakes online poker last night but there were several players who were able to put together significant victories.

Gus Hansen, who’s been red-hot lately, showed no signs of slowing down with an $81k win in $500/$1,000 heads-up Cap PLO on Full Tilt.

Hansen is now up nearly $3 million in 2011 and could be on his way to one of the best rebound years in online poker history.

Jared “harrington25” Bleznick pulled in $60k in just over a thousand hands of $100/$200 Cap PLO.

Dan “jungleman12” Cates also found himself amongst the top five biggest winners with $54k in profit.

Meanwhile PixKim had a disastrous night losing $154k in $100/$200 Cap PLO.

TheHoboKing (-$41k), Rumprammer (-$41k) and OMGClayAiken (-$40k) were also amongst the biggest losers last night.
