Anna Nicole Smith’s former boyfriend Howard K. Stern has been found guilty on two counts of conspiracy to provide Smith with drugs.
A Los Angeles Superior Court jury returned a verdict today, after 13 days and 58 hours of deliberations.
Stern was acquitted of 7 other charges and remains free pending an appeal.
Psychiatrist Khristine Eroshevich was also convicted of four charges. Smith’s personal physician, Dr. Sandeep Kapoor was cleared of all counts.
They were all accused of illegally providing drugs to Smith, and all pleaded not guilty to the drug conspiracy charges.
Sentencing is scheduled to be held on January 6.
