Reality star Heidi Montag said she put on weight recently but lost 27 pounds in two months by eating right and working out 14 hours a day!
“I’ve been working out from, like, 5 a.m. to 7 p.m. for two months now. I’ve been working out really hard because I had this pool party and I was like, I have to be in shape,” she revealed. “And I was actually a lot overweight. It was the most I’ve ever been because I’ve kind of been in hiding eating pie with my husband and puppies, so I needed to get back in shape.”
Montag, who is only 5’2″, shared that she was 130 pounds at her heaviest but quickly lost down to 103.
The reality star shared her workout, saying, “I’ve been running a lot, and I’ve been doing weights. When you work out, you boostyourmetabolism, so you have to [make sure you eat enough].”
Heidi said her favorite foods are pie and fried chicken, but that lately she’s been munching on apples, cherries, and salads to drop her weight.
