Parts are still very much up in the air for the upcoming film rendition of E.L. James’ “Fifty Shades of Grey.” With a smattering of sexy roles like the leads Christian Grey and Anastasia Steele as well as parts for Christian’s brother, Elliot Grey, and Anastasia’s best friend, Kate Kavanagh, there is certainly a lot of room for casting saucy actors.
One of the newest contenders for one of the character roles is Cara Delevingne of “Anna Karenina.” The 20-year-old actress is apparently shooting for one of the secondary roles in the film.
But the actress wants to really get her career off the ground, says Marie Claire.
“Cara has some strong links behind the cameras that might help her on her way with her acting ambition,” she said. “Model Cara became acquainted with Anna Karenina actor Aaron Taylor-Johnson well during filming, and now lucky for Cara, his wife Sam has taken on the ‘Fifty Shades of Grey’ project.”
Perhaps we will be graced with the young budding actress’ presence in “Fifty Shades,” which is due to hit box offices in August 2014.
