Farrah Abraham Strikes A Plea Deal In DUI Case

Farrah Abraham has a struck a plea deal stemming from her March DUI arrest.

As per the deal, Abraham will serve no jail time and pay a $500 fee as long as she pleads guilty to the charge. Abraham will also be put on probation and the prosecutor will ask for her driving privileges to be suspended.

The other charges of disorderly conduct and failing to take a sobriety test will be dropped.

Abraham was pulled over back in March after a St. patrick's Day party with her sister. She claimed that she was just driving the car around the block to park it, but police say she almost swiped their car.

After being pulled over Abraham reportedly became uncooperative and initially did not want to take a breathalyzer. She eventually did and blew .147, nearly twice the legal limit.
