Over the years, Woody Allen has had many favorite actresses, including Diane Keaton, Scarlett Johansson and Mia Farrow. But his most recent one is Emma Stone.
Allen just finished filming his movie "Blue Jasmine" starring Cate Blanchett. It is set to air later this year.
But as Allen always does, he has many projects in the works. Many stars are set to play main roles in his upcoming movies, and it is reported that he's trying to get Emma Stone to play in some.
The role he wants her to play in the nearest future is in an untitled comedy.
It will be a busy year for Stone, as she is also starring in Cameron Crowe's untitled romance opposite Bradley Cooper and Rachel McAdams. She's also starring in Guillermo Del Toro's horror thriller "Crimson Peak" with Jessica Chastain.
The role that rose Stone to fame was playing a part in "Superbad" opposite Jonah Hill and starring in "Easy A," "Crazy, Stupid, Love" and "The Amazing Spider-Man."
