“CSI” & “Hangover” Actor Arrested for Impersonating Cop

Publish date:

Douglas Brian Irvin Jr., who had small parts in the movie “The Hangover” as on tv’s “CSI”, was arrested in Las Vegas last week for impersonating a real-life police officer and raping a Hooters Hotel & Casino masseuse.

Douglas Brian Irvin Jr., 32, called an advertisement for a $180 massage to have a woman called “Isabella” to come to his room at the Hooters Hotel & Casino.

The woman said Irvin started touching her sexually and offered her $10,000 for sex.

“Isabella” agreed but asked for the money up front.

Irvin then took out his laminated i.d. that said “police” and told her he would arrest her unless she had sex with him free of charge.

The bit part actor said he was a vice detective and that “she was in a lot of trouble”.

The woman believed he was a real detective so she agreed to have sex to avoid being arrested.

Sources said “Isabella” and Irvin began exchanging texts for several days after the incident, when she discovered he was not a real cop and called police.

Irvin, 32, was booked into the Clark County Detention Center on charges of impersonating an officer and sexual assault and coercion.

The actor is being held without bail and stated that the sex was consensual and that he did not impersonate an officer.  But authorities discovered a laminated police i.d. card on his person.
