Christy Turlington is making an appearance on the cover of Harper's BAZAAR, and she is looking younger than ever.
Though Turlington is 44, she doesn't look a day over 20, and says she has not had any plastic surgery.
"Dan [Jackson] said to me, 'When you smile you look like you're 16.' And I'm like, 'Yeah - and then there's my neck,'" she said about her photoshoot.
She said she only uses makeup to adjust her looks.
"I don't know, I feel like it's getting freakier. Maybe there will be a time when you're an oddball because you're the only one left. I'd rather be the only one, the sole survivor. And in that case? I'll just wear turtlenecks all year-round," she said.
At one point, she was named the "ultimate supermodel," but now she doesn't do much modeling.
"Now I feel like it's a treat again," she said of covering the magazine. "Because I do it so seldom. I can appreciate it in a new way."
Turlington began modeling in her teen years.
"I was going through the age where most people hate themselves, and I was getting attention in my most awkward years. It wasn't all roses, but I knew enough to take everything with a grain of salt," she said.
