This week, pop star Chris Brown decided to add some fuel to the fire that is the saddest hip hop beef in music history – his rivalry with fellow Rihanna bedmate/pop star, Drake.
You’ll recall, Brown and Drake had something of an altercation last month when, in standard rap-beef-these-days fashion, their bodyguards got into a fight for them and NBA superstar Tony Parker nearly had his eye put out.
Shortly after that, Breezy said some things on Twitter and Drake said some things at a concert, but nobody really paid attention to any of it because we were all having so much fun making jokes at their expense.
Well, today, Brown has successfully reclaimed the spotlight thanks to a horrible, horrible diss track he dropped about Drake.
Billboard has the details:
Brown also alludes to Drake's new album, "Take Care," rapping, "One on one, what you scared bruh? / Huh, matter of fact, 'Take Care' bruh."
Breezy continues to allude to the bar brawl, rapping: "A fuck ni**a, that's that shit I don't like/ They throwin' bottles, I'm throwin' models, just 'cause I give a bitch long pipe. Doing shows on the soccer field/ that's dome right? I be singin', he be singin', so it's on, sight/ But hold up, I ain't give a ni**a no green light/ This head up, my bread up, one-on-one, what you scared, bruh?/ Matter fact, take care bruh, you a pu**y ni**a/ My ni**a Tunechi, yeah that ni**a nice/ Shout out to Nicki, man that ass tight/ Them eyebrows, man, them shits is yikes/ OVO, you overdosed, screamin' YOLO no, I live twice."
