Charlie Sheen is certainly WINNING, at the ticket office…
A mini tour by Sheen sold out in just 18 minutes, TMZ reports. He announced on Friday that he was launching a live tour, and is going to give fans the “real story” behind his firing from Two and a Half Men.
Charlie Sheen LIVE: My Violent Torpedo of Truth/Defeat Is Not an Option hits the road in April, with the first two shows in Detroit and Chicago. More shows are going to be added, as according to Ticketmaster the tickets were snapped up so fast they set a new record.
According to Sheen’s official website (where, incidentally, you can buy WINNING duh t-shirts) $1 from every ticket sold will go to the Red Cross to help victims from the earthquake in Japan.
And how does the man himself feel about the shows? Sheen took to his new favourite means of communication, Twitter, to say:
“Fastball; Detroit/Chicago sold out in minutes… Thanks to Sheen’s Cadre..! #WINNING”
