Channing Tatum and Jamie Foxx Star in 'White House Down'

It pains me to be bringing you these photos with your first official look at Channing Tatum-tot in White House Down, the flick about  a Secret Service agent (Tatum) who is tasked with saving the life of the U.S. President (Jamie Foxx) after the White House is overtaken by a paramilitary group.

You’re probably asking yourself why it would bother me to post some pics of the Tot going all cowboy in the hallowed halls of the White House?  Well it’s simple. White House Down, which critics, pundits and naysayers insist on purposefully confusing with Olympus Has Fallen with Gerard Butler and which has a similar plot, comes out AFTER Olympus Has Fallen.

Just last week we got the announcement that Film District would be distributing and would release the OHF on April 5, 2013. I said “huzzah!” since WHD does not come out until June 28.  These pics, which our friends at HeyUGuys found and our friends at Indiewire cleaned up and made pretty, were all over the new issue of EW.  So where are the pics, poster, trailers and promos for Olympus Has Fallen?

Oh well, railing into the wind again I’m sure. White House Down, directed by Roland Emmerich, also stars Maggie Gyllenhaal,  James Woods, Richard Jenkins, Lance Reddick, Garcelle Beauvais, Rachelle Lefevre, Matt Craven, Jake Weber and Jason Clarke and will open in the US on June 28 followed by 6th September in the UK.
