Bill Cosby Accused of Molesting 15-Year-Old Girl

Comedian Bill Cosby was sued on Tuesday by Judy Huth, who claims he sexually molested her when she was 15 years old back in 1974 at the Playboy Mansion.

Huth, now 55, says she and a friend met Cosby while he was shooting a film in a Los Angeles park. Her lawsuit claims that Cosby invited the girls to a local tennis club where he gave them alcoholic drinks and they played pool, notes NBC News (video below).

The lawsuit states, "Under the terms of Cosby's game, plaintiff was required to consume a beer every time Cosby won a game."

After the teens drank "multiple alcoholic beverages," the suit says Cosby "led them to another house which turned out to be the Playboy Mansion."

Huth claims that Cosby told her and her friend to tell people inside the Playboy Mansion that they were 19 years old.

Inside the Playboy Mansion, Huth needed to use a bathroom, so Cosby allegedly led her to a bathroom inside a bedroom.

"When [Huth] emerged from the bathroom, she found Cosby sitting on the bed," says the lawsuit. "He asked her to sit beside him. He then proceeded to sexually molest her by attempting to put his hand down her pants, and then taking her hand in his hand and performing a sex act on himself without her consent."

Huth is suing Cosby for sexual battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress and negligent infliction of emotional distress. Huth claims she has "suffered damages that are substantial and continuing."

According to PEOPLE, Huth said she recalled the incident three years ago and claimed the molestation caused her "mental anguish" and "significant problems throughout her life."

Cosby's attorney Martin Singer has previously denied claims made by multiple women that Cosby sexually assaulted them. Cosby did settle out of court with one of his accusers in 2006.

Cosby recently resigned from the Temple University board of trustees and the University of Massachusetts Amherst has ended its relationship with the 77 year old.
