Despite all of our recent developments in research and information gathering, advertising products now is actually way harder than it used to be. There are more ways for people to get distracted in 2013 than at any point in human history, and that makes life a heck of a lot more difficult for folks whose primary job is gripping you long enough to sell you a product.
