It was not a good night for Amanda Bynes after she was arrested and held overnight in New York.
Police were called last night to Bynes' residence after a building official told them that she was allegedly in the lobby with a joint, acting erratically and talking to herself. When police arrived, Bynes let them into her apartment, but allegedly threw a bong out of the window.
"I observed [Amanda] grab said bong, run to the westbound-facing window, and throw it out the window where numerous pedestrians were walking on the 8 Avenue and West 47 Street sidewalks below," the police officer said in court.
Bynes was arrested and was seen being taken out in handcuffs screaming, "don't you know who I am," and wearing a platinum blonde wig. She was also taken to the hospital briefly for a psychological evaluation.
Bynes was booked on criminal possession of pot, reckless endangerment and felony tampering with evidence. She appeared in court this morning, wearing the same wig, where she was formally charged and told the judge, the bong was "just a vase." She was let go and has to appear in court on July 9.
