Diners at a Waffle House in Cobb County, Georgia, were treated to dinner and a violent spectacle on the night of Jan. 8 when another patron allegedly punched a woman, broke her nose, and threw platters -- all while naked, WGCL reported.
Jennifer Mary Nicholson threw a platter at a window, damaging it, before throwing a platter at a police officer, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported.
“The accused stripped off all of her clothes off in front of Waffle House staff and patrons during a suspected excited delirium state,” the arrest warrant reads. Police say Nicholson also apparently resisted arrest and scratched an officer in the chin, drawing blood.
Nicholson was charged with aggravated battery and criminal damage to property, both of which are felonies, as well as simple assault, obstruction, simple battery and public indecency.
It’s currently unclear what happened to the patron with the broken nose, but Nicholson is being held without bond at the Cobb County Jail.
