White Supremacists Flyer Eastern Kentucky University After Teacher Complains Of Harassment

White supremacist flyers claiming there is a “war declared against whites” were recently posted on Eastern Kentucky University’s campus.

An African American professor told WEKU that she believes she was the target of the flyers because she had complained of harassment to school officials.

The flyers stated that anti-racist activism promotes immigration and is a method of “forced assimilation” in an attempt to end the white majority.

“This is genocide” the flyer says, and “exactly what China did to Tibet.”

It called on EKU students to “Stop white genocide."

EKU plans to respond to the flyers, which were left in buildings that serve firefighter and police trainees.

University spokesman Marc Whitt said an investigation has been opened into who posted the flyers.

“This is the first reported case of its kind in many, many years. At least in more than a decade. So, we are taking a very proactive stance with this. EKU does not condone language that diminishes anyone or any group,” said Whitt.

Whitt said the school will host training classes for students, faculty, and staff that promote an open-minded and inclusive campus.

“Eastern Kentucky University works very hard as a public university to maintain an academic community that confirms one of our country’s greatest freedoms, that being the Freedom of Expression, while at the same time fostering a campus climate that’s open, inclusive, respectful and welcoming,” said Whitt.
