Landlord Caught Having Sex In Tenants' Bed (Video)

A Colorado landlord is facing felony trespassing charges after tenants caught him on camera doing something shocking in their bedroom (video below).

Logan Pierce received a notification on his phone that a camera in his bedroom detected motion and sound in his room.

"I got a notification from one of the cameras on lunch the other day that it detected noise and was strange because both of us work all day everyday," Pierce told KKTV.

Pierce opened up his camera app and was confused by what he saw. He said he had to "quit the program and, like, restart it again because I didn't really believe what I saw."

What Pierce saw was his landlord, Carlos Quijada, having sex with a woman in his and his wife's bed.

Pierce says the first thing he did was call his wife. He told her, "Honey, I think we need to move, like, immediately."

After calling his wife, he then called the police.

"Obviously landlords don't have the ability to go into tenant apartments and do whatever they want to do," Lt. Howard Black of the Colorado Springs Police Department told KKTV.

According to Pierce's lease, the landlord does have the right to enter the tenant's apartment, though police say that this case is different. Quijada committed felony trespassing.

"It was like a total violation of privacy," Pierce said. "Just to have somebody come in unannounced is enough, but ... then go forth with sleeping with somebody on your bed while you're not there. It was scary."

Pierce says that the worst part of the entire incident for him was what his landlord used to clean up -- his wife's wedding dress.

"To see how upset she immediately got because she was the one that realized that's what that was, and they just threw it back, and now that's gone because the authorities took it for DNA evidence," he said.

Quijada's other tenants were all reportedly shocked and disgusted to learn what happened.

Police have issued a warrant for Quijada's arrest for criminal trespassing and misdemeanor obscenity.
