Quintavius Martin, a Waffle House cook, was arrested at around 4:30 a.m this morning for allegedly shooting and killing Adrian Mosley, a customer, in a Fulton County, Ga.
Witness Ontray Haley told The Atlanta Journal-Constitution that two men (one of them Mosely) entered the Waffle House with a woman (video below).
“The girl got into it first with the security guard and they told her she had to leave the property,” Haley recalled. “So she left but the other two guys hung around and they told them they had to leave. The cook refused to serve them because they were getting unruly.”
“The guy was threatening the cook saying he’s from this side of town and [Martin] said you can take it outside because I’m going to fire you up, which I guess he meant he wanted to shoot him or whatever,” Haley told WSBTV. “I didn’t know the cook had a weapon on him because I thought the security guard shot him.”
“I hit the floor, got out of the way of gunfire,” added Haley. “It was crowded. People were just coming from the club up the street.”
Fulton County police Cpl. Kay Lester told The Atlanta Journal-Constitution that Martin is charged with murder, possession of a firearm during a crime and carrying a concealed weapon without a permit.
