Jasmine Bridgeman, 23, raised a red flag for hospital workers after she brought her toddler to Davis Hospital at 12:51 a.m. Saturday because the child was having touble breathing. The 2-year-old had injuries that were consistent with ongoing physical abuse as well as recent traumatic injuries, Fox 13 Salt Lake City reports.
