Matters only got worse for friends' of Carmen Reategui when she called Ryan Hogan; also a friend of Nina Petracca who was to take both women home. When Hogan arrived at the station, Sgt. Carlos Ferreiro asked him how he got there, and he stated that he drove, reports.

Hogan showed signs he had also been drinking, and failed sobriety tests, according to Hogan was then charged with driving while intoxicated, joining Carmen Reategui and Nina Petracca in custody.

The outcome of the evening was a trifecta of drunk driving arrests.
