Two California men were arrested Thursday for allegedly kidnapping and torturing a teenager with Samurai swords, authorities said.
An unidentified 18-year-old was tortured with lit cigarettes, cut with Samurai swords, and beaten after he was abducted Sept. 25, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
After serving a search warrant at the home of suspect Ston Lee, deputies told KTLA, they found a gun, drug paraphernalia, and a hydroponic marijuana grow. His alleged accomplice, Skoth Ly, was arrested nearby.
The men are apparently the owners of the Ston Skoth Martial Arts Academies on 10th and 45th streets, where investigators found several samurai swords.
They were booked on suspicion of kidnapping, cultivating marijuana, and torture.
They are being held in lieu of $100,000 bail, the Los Angeles Times reported.
Police arrested a third man, Anthony Valdizia, on suspicion of being a felon with a firearm. Valdizia is being held on $35,000 bail.
