Hotel company heir Conrad Hilton, 22, was sentenced to two months in jail for violating his parole, after admitting that he used drugs, including marijuana and cocaine, while on probation.
Conrad, the younger brother of reality star and entrepreneur Paris Hilton, is reported to have wept when the sentence was announced in court on June 6. Conrad, who admitted to using drugs repeatedly during his probation, including marijuana, synthetic cannabinoids and cocaine, has until June 8 to surrender himself and report to jail, Entertainment Tonight reports.
Conrad's legal troubles began in 2014, when he when he was given 750 hours of community service and three years of probation after an incident on an international flight where Conrad was accused of smoking weed in the plane's bathroom and threatening flight attendants and other passengers, according to the Daily Mail.
"I am going to f----- kill you! … I will f------ own anyone on this flight … they are f----- peasants," Conrad shouted during the flight, according to People.
Conrad was arrested again in 2015, when he allegedly violated a restraining order placed by his ex-girlfriend, Hunter Saloman. Saloman said Conrad would show up to her house in the middle of the night, crying and telling her mother that he wanted to marry her daughter, and refusing to leave.
A judge ordered Conrad into a residential substance abuse program in January, after he failed drug tests.
Conrad was reportedly in tears as his two month jail sentence was announced. His parents, Kathy and Rick Hilton, were reported to be with him in court. Conrad is also said to have asked the judge if he could serve his sentence under house arrest at his grandfather's home in Palm Springs, California, saying that his family's home in Los Angeles was a "bad environment" for him.
"The U.S. Attorney's Office was satisfied with the sentencing," said U.S. Assistant Attorney Alexander Schwab. "Two months was the recommendation we made in court."
