Former Navy chaplain Gordon Klingenschmitt warns that the movement to protect the rights of transgender students in public schools is a conspiracy to let them “violate your daughters.”
Klingenschmitt recalled the story of 6-year-old Coy Mathis on his show “Pray In Jesus Name.” Mathis is a transgender student in Colorado, whose parents won the right for her to excel forward in school as a girl, without discrimination, despite being born as a male.
“Unfortunately he is being abused by his parents, who have paraded him on national television shows,” said Klingenschmitt. "These abusive parents now have used this little boy to try and claim that he's a girl to try and tell the world that they ought to let transgender adults into your little girl's public bathrooms!"
"There’s not just a demon of deception here or confusion or sexual immorality,” he said. “But there is a demon of rape inside of this movement to violate your daughters.”
In August, Klingenschmitt told viewers that they should discriminate against homosexuals.
"If your heart is full of corruption or sin or immorality – in this case, homosexuality – then you should be discriminated against," Klingenschmitt argued.
He believes laws that protect homosexuals from discrimination are like Jim Crow laws, which allowed for racial segregation based on “separate but equal” status.
"When these confusing statutes now try to redefine discrimination and say that you can no longer discriminate against character ... they're actually saying Martin Luther King himself ought to be punished for his views, and that's not right.”
