Three minors pointed what appeared to be a gun at two people in Philadelphia on Monday around 6:45 p.m.
Police say that a 10-year-old suspect (accompanied by his parents) turned himself in on Wednesday night, but they are still looking for the other two.
Authorities say the gun was either a toy or a BB gun. They released a surveillance video (below) of the incidents to track down the other two young people.
A 27-year-old U.S. marine was approached by a group of males with the gun, but the unidentified man ran into his home and called 911, reports CBS Philadelphia.
Later, he came outside with his gun, but the kids were gone, reports NBC10.
Less than half an hour later, police say a minor approached a female and aimed the handgun at her. The woman put her hands up, but continued to walk away, leading police to believe it might not be a real gun.
The surveillance video shows another male take the handgun and point it at some males walking towards him, whom he joined.
NBC10 reports that police were able to determine that the gun wasn't real, but this has not been officially confirmed.
