Thomas Russo Attacks His Brother's Alleged Murderer in Court (Video)

Peter Deconinck was arraigned on Monday for the alleged murder of Ronald Russo, who was reportedly stabbed 69 times inside a mobile home on Saturday.

When the prosecutor read the charges against Deconinck, the brother of the victim, Thomas Russo, rushed at Deconinck inside a courtroom in Chelsea, Massachusetts, noted the Boston Herald (video below).

Russo was restrained by four court officers while he shouted at his brother‘s accused killer, "Sixty nine wounds ain't right!"

Thomas Russo pleaded not guilty to two counts of resisting arrest and one count of disrupting court proceedings on Tuesday, reported the Boston Globe.

"Listening to the events of the alleged murder he was just very incensed," said Jay Satin, who is Tom Russo's attorney.

Russo was released on his own recognizance and ordered by a judge to stay away from the defendant’s family.

Deconinck is being held on a $1 million bail.
