A motorcyclist, Eric Sanders, was hit by an unidentified driver in a white car on Oct. 17 in Texas. A video (below) of the incident was filmed by a second motorcyclist who confronted the driver, who said, “I don’t care” several times.
Sanders was trying pass the white vehicle on a two-lane road when the car suddenly swerved over and hit him, notes Jalopnik.com.
Sanders suffered road rash, while his girlfriend, also on the bike, ended up in a hospital.
The second motorcyclist confronted the driver who claimed he was stung by a wasp, but quickly followed that up with "I don't care" several times. The second motorcyclist took a picture of the man's license plate as curse words flew.
Sanders wrote on Facebook on Oct. 18: "1st of all, i did pass on a double yellow line! Why you ask?!? Because the f----- a--hole that ran me over slowed down to approximately 40 mph in a 60-65 mph zone. On impact i was only going about 60 or 65 miles an hour. I WAS NOT SPEEDING!"
Sanders added on Oct. 19: "My girl has surgery in the morning so all i ask is please keep her in your prayers! I will update as i find out more!"
Sanders wrote in a separate post on Oct. 19, "THIS DOUCHE BAG A--HOLE HAS BEEN ARRESTED ON 2 COUNTS OF ASSAULT WITH A DEADLY WEAPON!!! HE WAS ARRESTED AT APPROXIMATELY 5:30 PM THIS EVENING AND I HOPE HE ROTS UNDER THE JAIL!!!"
