Terminally Ill Pan Am Lockerbie Bomber Released

The only person convicted of the 1988 terrorist bombing of a Pan Am plane over Lockerbie, Scotland has been released from prison. Abdel Baset al-Megrahi has prostate cancer, and is expected to die within three months. Scottish officials released him on "compassionate grounds" so he can return to Libya and die surrounded by his family. But the brother of one of the victims asks "where was al-Megrahi's compassion for the 270 people he killed?"
