Tempers Flare Between Shoppers at Kmart Stores Over Black Friday Bargains

Police had to be called to two Indianapolis, Indiana, Kmart stores early on Thanksgiving morning.

Shoppers waited in line overnight to get vouchers for 32-inch plasma TVs, priced under $200, reports TheIndyChannel.com.

However, tempers flared outside the stores when some shoppers began selling their vouchers for a profit and others were too late to get vouchers.

In Sacramento, California, a Kmart shopper threatened to stab people outside the store, where a line started forming last night at 2 a.m. with hundreds of shoppers cuing up, reports Fox 40.

When workers came outside to give vouchers, the crowd began yelling and screaming obscenities.

That’s when one man threatened to stab others. Fortunately, he didn't make good his threat.  The doors opened at 6 a.m. without any casualties, yet.
