Three young men and two older teens in Kentucky have been arrested and charged after gang raping a 15-year-old boy and leaving him in critical condition.
Disturbing reports say that the five people who committed the heinous crime captured it on their cell phones and distributed it to others, which is how police became aware of it. Three men, the oldest being 20, and two 17-year-old teens were arrested for gang raping the 15-year-old boy at a party.
The three adult suspects (from left) Samuel Miller, 18, Tyler Perry, 19, and Dayton Ross Jones, 20, have all officially been charged with serious sexual assault, promoting sexual performance by a minor, and use of a minor in a sexual performance. The two 17-year-olds, whose names have not been released, have also been charged for the crime.
In addition to those three charges, each of the men has been charged with additional crimes. All three have been charged with first-degree sodomy, Perry was charged with tampering with physical evidence, and both Miller and Jones have each been charged with distribution of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor. The Independent reports that all three men are being held on $1 million bail each.
The 15-year-old victim reportedly suffered punctured colon and injured bladder from the sexual assault and is currently in intensive care at a Tennessee hospital.
