Sylvester Stallone is now the latest public figure to be accused of sexual assault by a woman who says she was just 16 at the time of the alleged incident.
The incident is said to have occurred in July 1986 at a Hilton hotel while Stallone was filming "Over the Top" in Las Vegas, the Daily Mail reported. The "Rocky" actor is accused of intimidating the teenager into having sex with him and bodyguard Michael De Luca.
Authorities learned of the alleged assault after an employee of the former Hilton hotel called police to tell them that a friend of the victim needed advice regarding the incident. Police tracked the victim down, who then revealed the disturbing details of the alleged assault.
The victim said she was staying at the hotel with family friends at the time. One of her other teen friends had met Stallone and received a kiss on the cheek from the actor, which prompted her to ask for one, too.
"He replied that he would give her a kiss at a later date, that she would not forget," the police report states.
The following day, the victim said she visited Stallone while he was filming. She brought a large picture for him to autograph for her on behalf of a friend. That's when she met De Luca, who reportedly asked the teen what she would do if Stallone made a pass at her.
The teen reportedly said she "would probably make a pass back at him."
De Luca allegedly gave the teen two keys for a room on the 27th floor of the hotel, according to the police report. She went into the hotel suite later that night.
The teen said she had sex with Stallone in the bedroom while De Luca stayed in the bathroom. She told police they "really didn't have sex" because Stallone only penetrated "a little ways" into her and "only kept it in for a few seconds."
At one point, Stallone reportedly asked the teen if she had ever had sex with two men at the same time. The teen said she hadn't, and that's when Stallone allegedly brought De Luca into the bedroom.
Stallone, who was 40 at the time, then allegedly asked De Luca if he wanted a "blow job" from the 16-year-old female. He then "forced her head down onto his penis," the police report states.
The victim said De Luca, who was 27 at the time, forced her to perform oral sex on him before having intercourse. Stallone then allegedly "came over to her and pushed her head down onto his penis and made her give him a blow job."
The victim said she did not pursue criminal charges against the men at the time because she was "humiliated and ashamed," according to the police report. She said she was also "scared" because "Stallone made the comment that they were both married men and that she could not tell anybody about the incident and if she did, that they would have to beat her head in."
Police said the victim "became emotionally upset numerous times, crying and sobbing," during the interview.
Stallone has since denied the allegations.
“This is a ridiculous, categorically false story," Michelle Bega, Stallone's spokeswoman, said in a statement to The Hollywood Reporter. "No one was ever aware of this story until it was published today, including Mr. Stallone. At no time was Mr. Stallone ever contacted by any authorities or anyone else regarding this matter.”
However, Retired Las Vegas Metro Police Department Det. Sgnt. John Samolovitch confirmed that the copy of the police report obtained by the Daily Mail "is in fact a true copy of the original report."
Stallone is now 71. De Luca was shot and killed by California police during a traffic stop in 2013.
