Actor Sylvester Stallone was accused by an unnamed teenager in 1986 of sexual assault in Las Vegas.

Daily Mail reported Nov. 16 that the teenager felt "intimidated" into having sex with Stallone and his bodyguard Michael De Luca. Stallone was 40 at the time.

De Luca reportedly gave the teenager keys to a hotel room in which she had sex with Stallone while De Luca was in the bathroom.

When Stallone asked De Luca to join in, the girl said she felt "very uncomfortable" but thought she had "no choice" but to continue. Both Stallone and De Luca allegedly had sex and oral sex with the teenager.

The teenager said that no physical force was used, but she felt "intimidated" into having sex with the two men.

According to the police report, Stallone allegedly warned the girl not to tell anyone about what had happened.

"She said that after she got dressed, Stallone made the comment to her that they were both married men and that she could not tell anybody about the incident and if she did, that they would have to beat her head in," said the report, noted BBC.

The girl told police that they all laughed about it, but after she left she was no longer sure it was a joke.

De Luca was killed in a police shooting in 2013.

Daily Mail said it had seen the original police report. Retired Las Vegas police officer John Samolovitich confirmed that the report obtained by the newspaper was authentic.

"She indicated that if the sexual encounter had only been with Stallone, she would not pursue this matter, but due to the fact that Mike, the bodyguard became involved in the sexual incident, she didn't know what she wanted to do," the report added.

The alleged assault occurred at the former Hilton Hotel, where the girl was staying with relatives. Stallone was in Las Vegas at the time filming "Over the Top."

The police report noted that the woman was "extremely emotional " and had "difficulty relating her thoughts" to them, The Guardian reported. She decided not to press charges against Stallone.

Michelle Bega, a spokesperson for Stallone, strenuously denied the accusations.

"This is a ridiculous, categorically false story," Bega told Daily Mail. "No one was ever aware of this story until it was published today, including Mr. Stallone. At no time was Mr. Stallone ever contacted by any authorities or anyone else regarding this matter."

However, according to the BBC, the allegations appeared once before in the Baltimore Post-Examiner in February 2017.

Stallone is not the only Hollywood celebrity who has been accused of sexual assault. Since the beginning of October, accusations have been made against Harvey Weinstein, Kevin Spacey and Louis C.K.
