Standout High School Athletes Charged With Sexually Assaulting Girl At Prom Party

Three star high school athletes from the backwoods of Georgia have turned themselves in for sexually assaulting a high school female. The men, who all recently graduated from Calhoun High School in Calhoun, Georgia, have just this week been indicted by a grand jury.

The three men in question, who are all 18 and therefore do not have their privacy from the media protected, are Fields Chapman, Andrew Haynes and Damon "Avery" Johnson. Chapman was his high school's starting quarterback, Haynes played tight end for the team and Johnson was the baseball team's standout third baseman.

Now, these three young men face charges that are likely to end their promising budding careers in their respective sports before they begin.

The victim, who remains unidentified at the moment, states she was blacked out at a prom after-party on May 10th when these three men found her in the bathroom and brutally sexually assaulted her while other partygoers watched on and said nothing.

Gilmer County authorities are reporting that the three high school graduates inserted a "foreign object" into the victim, which caused "tearing and severe trauma."

Although the girl could not remember the names or faces of her attackers (as she was blacked out from consuming too much alcohol), the men came forward and turned themselves in to authorities.

Chapman, Haynes and Johnson are each facing counts of aggravated sexual battery, sexual assault and sodomy for the attack, according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

According to The Daily Mail, "Chapman also faces 28 separate counts of sexual exploitation of a minor after police found more than two-dozen sexually explicit photos of an underage girl performing various sex acts at the party."

In addition to this, the young man was already on probation for unrelated incidents. For these reasons, Chapman is expected to receive the harshest penalty of the three teens being charged.
