A shocking video showing a white Baltimore school teacher on a racist tirade against her black students is causing outrage (video below).

The video starts with the teacher kicking out a male student, grabbing him by his hoodie and screaming, “You’re going to sit here and do nothing? Get out!”

She turns to the rest of the class and yells, “Who else needs to freaking leave?”

“You are getting zeros for doing nothing! I give you the work. You’re idiots!”

The situation escalates from there and she uses the N-word.

“You have the chance to get an education. But you want to be a punk-a** n***** who is going to get shot. You’re stupid.”

The clip has gone viral with more than 2.7 million views and more than 87,000 shares. It was first posted to Facebook by one of the student’s parents, Erica Esha Deminds on Nov. 16.

Deminds was shown the recording by her son after it was shared among the students, according to Daily Mail.

“I see it and I’m floored!” she told New York Daily News.

Deminds is shocked because she says she knew the teacher in question and considered her to be a good teacher.

“She’s a very nice teacher. I can’t say what happened that day. I think she was at a breaking point,” she said.

Edie House Foster, Baltimore City Public Schools spokeswoman, stated on Nov. 17 that the teacher in the video was terminated after the recording surfaced:

Yesterday a middle school science teacher at Harlem Park Elementary/Middle School engaged in verbally abusive behavior and made racially charged comments directed at students. The teacher involved in the incident is no longer employed by City Schools.

At Baltimore City Public Schools, we are committed to creating positive and equitable learning environments in school communities where all members are welcome, supported, and valued. No form of discriminatory behavior of any kind is or will be tolerated.

Although Foster did not name the unidentified teacher, she was teaching eighth grade at Harlem Park Elementary/Middle School.
