Roman Thomas III, a 'Pimp,' Forced 13-Year-Old Girl to Have His Name Tattooed on Eyelids

A man, who turned a 13-year-old girl into a prostitute, forced her to have his name tattooed on her eyelids after she told him she wanted to run away.

Roman Thomas III was arrested after the girl was tattooed with "Suave" on one eyelid and "House" on the other in Miami.

He and a 23-year-old woman are accused of pimping the girl through an online advertising site called He advertised her as a "new girl," which is a phrase used to describe an underaged girl.

She was also allegedly given drugs and alcohol by Thomas and the woman in a Miami motel before she was forced to perform sexual acts.

Thomas will be charged on April 13 and the woman, Shanteria Sanders, who also has "Suave" tattooed on her chest, will also be charged.

They face charges of human trafficking, false imprisonment, lewd and lascivious exhibition and delivery of a controlled substance to a child.

Thomas was supposed to be wearing an ankle monitor due to his probation. He has a lengthy criminal record which includes counts of lewd and lascivious battery on a child.

He met the 13-year-old at a USA Flea Market in Miami. He convinced her to come with him to the motel he was living at.

Thomas and Sanders then took "provocative" photos of her and then put her up on the website. Men paid $100 an hour to have sex with the girl.

Thomas gave her condoms and taught her how she should talk to men. He also said she should hide the money in a specific place in the motel room while he waited outside.

The teen said she was beaten by Thomas after he found she had received less money than expected.

"He placed duct tape on her mouth and threatened to kill her if she tried to leave him," a report said.

The girl said that she never had sex with Thomas, but Thomas and Sanders would have sex while she was in the room and they invited her to participate.

They were caught after the girl's mother called police after she found her daughter with Thomas.
