Chris Brown's house is surrounded by police after he allegedly threatened a woman with a gun. Now, a representative of Nia Guzman, mother of the singer's two-year-old daughter, alleges the child was inside the house at the time of the incident.
Carl Anthony Moore, attorney for Nia Guzman, exclusively revealed to HollywoodLife.com that Chris Brown's two-year-old daughter, Royalty, was present when he allegedly made gun threats toward a woman.
"Royalty was inside the house at the time of the incident," Moore said. "Fortunately, Nia was able to get Royalty back in her custody before police arrived."
According to TMZ, Brown was at his home with several friends, including Ray J, when several "uninvited guests" showed up and were asked to leave. Details of what happened next are unclear, but at one point Brown allegedly pulled a gun on a woman who was in the house.
Ray J left the house at one point and was handcuffed by police, who also seized his BMW. However, he was un-cuffed shortly later after police checked his ID.
While inside his home, Brown has recorded and shared several video messages to fans, including one in which he says,"f*** the police."
The incident is still under investigation and Brown is the primary suspect. Police are working to obtain a search warrant for Brown's home.
