Florida police arrested "Real Housewives of New York" star LuAnn de Lesseps for reportedly attacking a firefighter before kicking a cop on Dec. 24.

LuAnn, 52, was charged with battery, disorderly intoxication, resisting a police officer with violence and corruption by threat of a public servant, reports the Palm Beach Post.

"I'm going to kill you all," LuAnn reportedly told people prior to her arrest, the Daily Mail reports.

Her bail was set at $20,000, but she was released on her own recognizance. Judge Ted Booras also allowed LuAnn to travel back to New York, as she has no prior criminal offenses.

However, she is scheduled to appear in court on Jan. 25, 2018.

LuAnn eventually apologized for her behavior.

"This was my first time in Palm Beach since my wedding, and being here brought up long-buried emotions," she said. "I want to offer my sincere apologies to anyone I might have offended with my behavior. I am committed to transformative and hopeful 2018."

The news comes as no surprise to some.

"Tom left her for this reason, because she was so violent," a source said about the star's ex-husband, Tom D'Agostino. "She used to punch, kick and scratch him. And in public. It doesn't surprise me, especially when she drinks. And boy does she like to drink. She clearly has a problem."

"People who truly know Luann have seen this side of her," added another source. "This sheds some light on what was happening behind the scenes in Tom and Luann's marriage. This is the true Luann and not a onetime thing."

At one point, LuAnn was accused of slapping her ex-husband in public -- an accusation she denied.

"I did not slap him," she said at the time. "We have a very passionate love affair going. We never go to bed angry but when we do, when we wake up, we make up. That's the best part."

The couple married in December 2016 before divorcing in September after D'Agostino reportedly flirted with other women, and even kissed one.

"I got to a certain point where you just get, I got totally fed up," she told Wendy Williams in October. "I just couldn't do it anymore ... I was unhappy and I think he was unhappy too."

It was LuAnn's second divorce; she is the former wife of French Count Alexandre de Lesseps, and was a countess until she married D'Agostina.

Yet that marriage also ended after the count's alleged affair with Ethiopian Princess Kemeria Abajobir Abajifar.
