Raymond Frolander Who Was Beaten By Alleged Sexual Assault Victim’s Dad Pleads Not Guilty

A teenager who was beaten unconscious by a Florida man police say caught the teen sexually assaulting his 11-year-old son has pleaded not guilty.

Raymond Frolander, 18, pleaded not guilty to sexual battery on a child under 12 at his arraignment in Daytona Beach, Florida, on Thursday, the Daily Mail reports.

Frolander’s recent mugshot shows his healed face after his initial booking photo showed him bruised and bloody after a beating by the victim's father Jason Browning.

“Our family is ripped apart. My daughters don't even know how to hug or kiss their brother anymore,” Browning told Click Orlando.

Browning admitted he “just snapped” when he allegedly walked in on Frolander in bed naked with his son.

After beating up the teen, he went to the kitchen and grabbed a knife, but said that his son’s pleas stopped him. Browning, who’s not charged with a crime, then called police.

"I just walked in and found a grown man molesting (my child), and I got him in a bloody puddle for you right now, officer," he said, according to WFLA-TV.

Frolander remains in jail without bond and he must undergo HIV testing per a court order, the TV station reports.

He is set to appear in court for a pretrial hearing in September before his trial in November.
