A lottery player shocked a local news reporter with his outrageously honest answer regarding what he’d spend the potential winnings on (video below).
The man was being interviewed by KVVU reporter Ophelia Young during a live segment on Jan. 6 in Primm, Nevada, about the Powerball's $500 million prize.
In a video of the amusing moment, the man acknowledges that his chances of winning were “slim to none,” but it's the answer he gives to Young’s next question that causes the reporter to cut away in shock.
“Can I ask you? If you won all the money what would you do with it?” Young asks.
“Bunch of hookers and cocaine,” the man replies.
Young quickly cuts away and bursts into a fit of laughter.
“That’s probably not the answer that we’re looking for,” she says.
At the end of the segment, the station anchor acknowledges the awkward moment with a fitting question: "Isn't live TV grand?"
