On the afternoon of July 30, a 17-year-old boy was waiting at a bus stop in Newark, Delaware, when a man rode up to him on a motorcycle and handed him a note. The man asked the teen to read the note, which allegedly described a sex act. The man’s note also requested that the teen meet him at a park if he was interested in having a sexual encounter.
Police later arrested 44-year-old Timothy Devonshire, who was identified through undisclosed law enforcement contacts, and charged him with sexual harassment, The News Journal reported. Devonshire was ordered to have no contact with the victim or anyone else under the age of 18, Cpl. James Spadola said.
Devonshire was released on $100 unsecured bail, Newark Post reported.
