Police: Man Attached Wires To Penis, Flashed Passersby (Photos)

Police arrested a Florida man for allegedly attaching electrical wires to his penis before flashing passersby on Oct. 31.

Kurt Jenkins, 56, slowly cruised through a gated community in Boynton Beach with an iReliev muscle stimulator attached to his genitals, the Daily Mail reports.

The unusually placed electrical stimulator sends signals to the body part it is attached to, which Jenkins may have been using for sexual purposes.

Jenkins reportedly showed one man his penis while making sexual remarks.

"He observed a naked man driving a white 4 door Toyota slowly through his neighborhood," the Boynton Beach Police Department said in a statement. "As the subject drove by the victim he gestured at the victim to look down towards his groin area where the victim observed an electronic device with wires attached to Jenkins penis."

After Jenkins went so far as to allegedly ask the man to get into the car with him, the stranger took a photo and reported Jenkins to the police.

Jenkins continued driving towards a school where children as young as 5 were being released. While the man did not approach any of the children, he drove "almost to a complete stop" nearby, WPLG reports.

Officers had to pin Jenkins down to the ground after he resisted arrest, which led to his facial injuries.

He now faces multiple charges including charges including lewd and lascivious exhibition, exposure of sexual organs and resisting a law enforcement officer without violence.

Meanwhile, British police say they are now looking for another man accused of flashing his genitals at a woman and a young girl, Manchester Evening News reports.

The man allegedly exposed himself on two separate occasions the same day in Wythenshawe.

At about 2 p.m., the man reportedly drove up to a woman and asked for directions before flashing her as she spoke.

Later in the evening, he allegedly exposed himself to a 16-year-old girl while she was waiting for her bus.
