A Rochester, New York woman was reportedly arrested after she videotaped a police traffic stop in front of her house.
According to a report from The Blaze, Emily Good was in her house one night last month when she saw the traffic stop. She grabbed her video camera and standing on her own property, taped what the officers were doing.
The officer reportedly told her he didn't feel "safe" with her recording him, and asked her to go into her house. She refused, saying she had the right to stand on her front lawn and operate a video camera. The officer disagreed and arrested her for obstructing government administration.
